OUTDOOR DRIVE-UP COLLECTION DAY - WINTER GIVING PROJECT 2021
 

Help fill our St. Nick Delivers' truck or trailer with much needed donations of food, clothing, toys, toiletry and cleaning items for over a dozen charitable partners. To view the full list of charities participating in our Winter 2021 Giving Project including online, in-person, mailed, and direct shipment donation options click HERE.

This event is a fantastic opportunity for those who wish to donate to multiple charitable organizations at once!

We would like to send a BIG SHOUT OUT to Nick Cockerham, our very own 'St. Nick', owner of North Star Foundations, Inc. for donating the use of a large box truck or enclosed trailer to our giving project for more than a decade and counting. Without which our ability to collect and deliver for so many charitable partners at once during the winter season wouldn't otherwise be possible! THANK YOU!


Not sure who to donate to? Bring any age/any size NEW unopened toy, child clothing item, winter coat/hat/gloves (child or adult size), toiletry items (child or adult), diapers/wipes (larger sizes/pull-ups preferred), paper products, cleaning supplies, non-perishable food items, or gift cards and our volunteers will be happy to guide you to the greatest collection needs.

*If you would like to host a drive-up collection day in your community or at your place of business during one of our seasonal project drives please contact our Project Coordinator at stnickdelivers@gmail.com. Please note, we require enough room to park our 26' box truck, set up a one-way circular drive-up pattern for dropping off gifts, and place 8 - 6' folding tables minimally 6' apart for transport packing. 

IMPORTANT INFORMATION REGARDING ALL 2021-2022 COLLECTIONS:

 

NEW for 2021: St. Nick Delivers! will be accepting monetary, gift card, and gift wrap material donations from Saturday, November 6th through Sunday, December 5th in the Narthex area of Holy Family Catholic Community Church. Look for our RED St. Nick Delivers! collection box and gift wrap donation bin. 

**Donations other than monetary, gift card, and gift wrap material delivered to or left at Holy Family's Narthex area for our Giving Project prior to or after our Saturday, December 4, 2021 outdoor collection event will NOT be accepted by pastorate staff.** 

 

On the day of the outdoor collection, all donors are to remain in their vehicles unless within the designated drop off zone. Donors will then exit their vehicle, unload their donation in the intended organization's designated collection bin, then re-enter their vehicle. All volunteers will be required to wear a mask/face covering at all times during the collection event and utilize either gloves or hand sanitizer when handling donations.

 

We will accept monetary and gift card donations at our outdoor collection for our charitable partners however, we highly encourage checks be mailed directly to the organization's address provided. 

 

If you cannot or miss attending our outdoor drive-up collection at HFCC's parking lot, please refer to the charitable organization's donation acceptance options on the 'Winter 2021' Giving Project page. Should you miss both our and their collection site dates/times you can either contact the organization directly to make drop off arrangements at a mutually agreed upon time or, if applicable, mail your donation to the shipping address provided.
