OUTDOOR DRIVE-UP COLLECTION DAY - SPRING GIVING PROJECT 2021
Make a difference this Spring season for individuals and families facing poverty and homelessness in Frederick County, Maryland.
*If you would like to host a drive-up collection day in your community or at your place of business during one of our seasonal project drives please contact our Project Coordinator at firstname.lastname@example.org. Please note, we require enough room to park our 26' box truck, set up a one-way circular drive-up pattern for dropping off gifts, and place 8 folding tables minimally 6' apart for transport packing.

Help us fill our St. Nick Delivers' trucks with much needed donations of food, clothing, toys, toiletry and cleaning items during our outdoor drive-up collection event for over a dozen charitable partners.
To limit/stagger the number of donors at any given time, per CDC recommended COVID-19 guidelines, we ask that donors select an arrival time slot by clicking the sign up logo above.

This event is a fantastic opportunity for those who wish to donate to multiple charitable organizations at once.
Not sure who to donate to? Bring any age/any size NEW unopened toy, child clothing item, winter coat/hat/gloves (child or adult size), toiletry items (child or adult), diapers/wipes (larger sizes/pull-ups preferred), paper products, cleaning supplies, non-perishable food items, or gift cards and our volunteers will be happy to guide you to the greatest collection needs.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION REGARDING ALL 2020-2021 COLLECTIONS: Due to local and state COVID-19 pandemic restrictions we are unable to utilize the Holy Family Catholic Community Church (HFCC) building to receive early drop off donations, mailed donations, or monetary/gift card donations. Any donations delivered to HFCC for our Giving Project prior to or after our specified outdoor collection times will NOT be accepted by pastorate staff.
On the day of the outdoor collection, all donors are to remain in their vehicles until directed otherwise by our St. Nick Delivers! volunteers. Donors will then exit their vehicle, unload their donation in the intended organization's designated drop off area, then re-enter their vehicle. Even though socially distanced, we still require a mask/face covering be worn by those individuals exiting their vehicle within the drop off zone. All volunteers will be required to wear a mask/face covering at all times during the collection and utilize either gloves or hand sanitizer when handling donations.
We will accept monetary and gift card donations at our outdoor collection for our charitable partners however, we highly encourage checks be mailed directly to the organization's address provided.
If you cannot or miss attending our outdoor drive-up collection at HFCC's parking lot, please refer to the charitable organization's donation acceptance options on the 'Spring 2021' Giving Project page and sign up links. Should you miss both our and their collection site dates/times you can either contact the organization directly to make drop off arrangements at a mutually agreed upon time or, if applicable, mail your donation to the shipping address provided.
